Technology in my country is kind of challange

Technology is the most important thing in our lives, and one of the difficulties that faces me in using it is the ban on our country by the superpowers, we cannot pay online globally and there are a lot of prohibited things like educational programs and even grants and opportunities. As for its positive uses for women to benefit from, it helped a lot in spreading awareness and educating them, but on a small scale, but there were a few who were able to use technology in inventions to help women, for example, a Sudanese woman who invented a computer program that diagnoses breast cancer automatically by analyzing images of the digital mammogram with high accuracy and speed. And if we develop this program without a doubt, one day, women will be able to detect early breast cancer through their mobile phone or laptop. Unfortunately, things are slowly going in our country, and many of you know the reasons, but this will not make us  give up ,surrender and retreat. We will progress and try developing  or we will die as we try.
