story
I'm a black Arabian Egyptian girl, I always believed the power of technology and how it changes life of many people , but i want to share here my story as a part of that community.
I always wanted to be involved in technology so i started to involve in social media and share my openions and i wanted be heared so i just started and i made my first move to teach myself analysis and Digital marketing. So i tried to apply in many many jobs after i finished my certifications, and i had my interview and i was rejected and when i ask for the feedback.
I was surprised about that , i couldn't get the job because I'm a woman and My employer saw that job was only suitable for men not for women.
When i asked my employer why?
He just said that men are more logic in programming and data analysis but women so emotional and they can not deal with complicated programs.
But i really don't care also i don't believe in that i told him if you are biast and thinking that MEN are suitable
you see that based on sex/gender not based on qualifications , so you gonna screw up and your company will screw up
I still have a chance to try again and be heared so I'm not that type of women who just give up and cry, I launched my first Facebook page talking about Arabian LGBTQ community and i will make my first website soon and I'm sure it will be effective because i can do it and I'm good at Search engine optimisation and analysis.
I know that might hurt me because I'm a woman who lives in Muslim country but I'm gonna do it anyway. Because i know that I'm good at it and i want to be heared
