The female tribe in Kabusa Community

I got a job in an NGO recently as the national women and girls affairs secretary in my country, so I'm embarking on a project in the Kabusa community Abuja, FCT Nigeria. I realized that the prevalence of gender-based violence is prominent in the Kabusa community even before the covid19 lockdown. Now, there is a high probability of teenage pregnancy in the Kabusa community. Also, the prevalence of rape cases and victims that don't have the strength to speak out because of the threats from predators of the crime. I have a series of programs outlines to avert these acts in the community. I need more suggestions on the kind of programs, I can do. I feel very intimated already. I have also had a passion to always empower women. Now I got a platform. I need to navigate well. Thanks, sisters.
