Twenty-six years later, the Beijing program for women Empowerment was implemented. Progress, although real, remains limited. Currently no worldwide country can claim to have achieved gender equality and especially that 2020 was the sad witness to reduction in progress made over the past 26 years.

The world population is now estimated at more than 7 billion, women constituting the major part. However women do not have full potentials to thrive and contribute to development. We are in a context where woman is confronted at the same time to violence, political and economic strains, endemic and epidemic outbreaks, underemployment, lack of relevant training, adequate access to health services, necessary information on preventive and prosecution methods

Woman is the main victim of the internal and external crisis, whether those related to financial services, food security and the energy crisis, among others.  In Africa, A lot Underprivileged women, enrolled in poorly frank groups, find themselves promoters of advertisements, which gradually make them play a positive role and expose to delinquency, early marriages and other risks.

World Climax can be achieved not just by expanding the sector Economic, but also through actions to accelerate social development which gives primacy to the development and the gender equality

Woman can contribute if and only if she is fully integrated into the implementation of priority development areas:

Economy: Worldwide states must prioritize women representation economic, financial, monetary and commercial formulation organizations, and in all tax and salary systems

Access to public services: The lack of accessible, affordable and equitable public services significantly hinders the ability of women to participate in the labor market. This is explained by the fact that women provide the majority of informal, unofficial work and, relatives care, etc.

These services require her either to stay at home take on one or two small posts.

Women inclusion in decision-making positions: (politics, social, etc.). Countries must recognize inclusion as a precondition to a sustainable development.

4. Women must create platforms for women, civilian’s societies and NGOs in order to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders, as well as with members of private and public sectors, closing the gap between the formal and informal sectors.

5. Internet access: women must have easy internet access, a space where she can freely express herself and connected to the rest of the world

We are migrating towards a feminine world where the woman becomes the answer, to development issue.
