Today, I’m more intentional, but I know there’s still so much room to grow.

Through my World Pulse training, I’ve gained great insights into leadership, storytelling, and advocacy, skills that align with my passion for amplifying voices and driving change.

But I’ve also realized areas where I need improvement.

For example, consistency has always been a challenge. I start strong but sometimes struggle to sustain momentum, whether in content creation or professional networking.

To tackle this, I’m now more structured in my approach. I set clear, realistic goals and create systems that help me stay accountable.

I also remind myself that growth isn’t about being perfect but about taking intentional steps every day.

Looking ahead, I want to refine my voice as a thought leader, especially in my advocacy for women and social change.

This means stepping out more, sharing my perspectives boldly, and learning from those ahead of me. It’s a journey, and I’m embracing every part
