<p>We’ve all seen the horrid stories of abuse on the news and videos circulating on social media of children being starved and locked in their basements, or beaten to almost the point of death or sexually molested by a relative or a neighbor. The stories are horrific!!! These stories fuel my passion to ensure that special protection be enhanced to enable children to develop physically, mentally, morally, spiritually and socially in a healthy and normal manner and in conditions of freedom, security, safety and dignity.</p>
