The mentorship orientation program.

As I have been away from writing since long today, I got a moment to get back to the world pulse. In the past 1 year I came across the world pulse. I couldn't clearly recall how and when exactly, but this platform has given me a safe place to spill out every emotion, every feeling and specifically share stories without any hesitation or fear of being judged. From writing stories to being part of the training world pulse has really empowered and upskilled many women across the globe, and I'm very grateful to every community head, coaches, mentors and dearest fellow readers and sisters across the globe. To create a safe, secure and suitable space for sharing the real life struggles of women and making us feel heard as well as amplifying the stories. As a long-running journey, I have attended several training sessions monthly under the most generous community handlers and mentors. Today I took Orientation class on Community mentorship. It is basically a mentor - mentee interaction session apart from up skillings and training. The program primarily aims to strengthen the bonds and spirit of solidarity from across the globe through the web and make each woman feel heard, understood and safe. It aims at building an empowering society by taking along the true spirit of empathy and understanding as true human nature and not merely uplifting and empowering women, but also making them more empathetic towards each other. After all, our true strength lies in understanding, empowering and uplifting each other emotionally. So, I would definitely suggest women folks out there, once, take a mentorship program unlock their true potential by connecting and understanding each other across the globe.
