The Right to vote

In Pakistan women are mostly denied the right to vote. Specially the women of northern areas in Pakistan do not get the right to vote and choose the government which stand up and fight for them. The total percentage of women in Pakistan is more than men i.e 51%. This means that the first step to have democracy is to let women vote. In the general elections of Pakistan 2013 many women were threatened that if they come to the polling station and cast their vote they will be either killed or divorced.

In these pictures two girls are shown. One who was denied the right to vote and made her voice go unheard and another girl from Northern area of Pakistan showing her strength. Wearing hijab and telling the world that she will not let her right be snatched. The Right to vote
