The Story so FAR

In July 2020, I updated my world pulse impact board with the Sheroes Rising story.

Nothing elaborate, just a brief intro with the why's, the hows and the goal.

Today, I am excited to announce that this project is no longer in the KIV file. It is a reality.

We launched the redesigned and rebranded Sheroes Rising for Development Initiative website in August 2025 after months of hardworking, thinking, re-thinking, designing and redesigning.

We have also built a team of 14 voluntary 2 assistants, alongside fully paid development consultants that have been working with us for the past 10 months.

My beloved sisters of world pulse, I assure you that Sheroes Rising is risen to stay standing.

We have had two distinct programs in 2025, and are gearing up for another set of innovative ones in 2026. You can read more about our activities on www.sheroes.ng

From now to December, we shall be concentrating on 'telling women stories'

And just like WorldPulse, giving women a voice, and helping women find their voice.

We are Sheroes Rising for Development Initiaitve; a gender focused and grassroots social enterprise committed to promoting gender equity, leadership inclusion, and socio-economic empowerment for underserved women and girls in Nigeria. We amplify women’s voices, dismantle systemic barriers, and catalyze transformative change through advocacy, capacity building, and innovative community-driven solutions.
