The Way Jamaica Eats

Jamaicans eat in healthy portion sizes for the most part. Homecooking is mostly what people do there, and while unhealthy eating is a problem for us (we go heavy on the salt and the rum), we're still lucky in that we're pretty connected to natural food, so there's a lot of getting creative with meat and vegetables.

That picture is of stewed fish and seafood with a ton of vegetables and sauce, and a bit of guilty-pleasure yummycarbohydrate in a thing called bammy (which is still made of cassava, so definitely a lesser evil).
