To the young single mother who feels overwhelmed—It gets better

I know what it’s like to feel lost, to question if you’re doing enough, if you are enough yourself. When I became a single mother, I had to pick myself up, learn who I was again and fall in love with my daughter in ways I never expected. It wasn’t easy, but I realized that strength isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about showing up, even on the hardest days.

I grew up watching my mother give everything she had to raise us, despite her struggles. And before her, my grandmother did the same. Generations of resilience taught me that purpose and strength go hand in hand. That same resilience is in you, too. You might not see it yet, but trust that you have it.

Growth, healing and opportunities are within reach. No matter how tough things may seem, know that you are not alone. That’s why I created Akari Connect, a free 3-month program designed to help single mothers develop their skills, rebuild their confidence and step into a better future. More than just a program, we’re building a community of like-minded women who are ready to grow, support one another and embrace change, even when it feels scary.

Because in order to build a new life, change must happen. If you are ready, send me a message to join us. Let's get to know each other. Let's see how we can help you change your life. When I say 'we' I include you too because there's no change that will happen without you partaking in it and you wanting the change.
