I am saddened at the death of scores of people in Italy as a result of a tremor.These people probably had no inkling of their end as they woke up that fateful morning.Rescue workers are still trying to save the people they can. I am glad to see such a quick response. One wonders, however if African rescue workers have the tools to conduct similar rescues .
