Tuesday, October 11 PBS TV series, Women, War & Peace

This Tuesday, October 11th, tune in to PBS for an exciting television event you won't want to miss!

Women, War & Peace, a new PBS production, will take an in-depth look at the role of women in some of the most war-torn countries on earth. Women know the daily struggles that come with war only too well, and the series will provide a spotlight on two countries.

The final episode in the series, "War Redefined," will feature the Founder of Women for Women International, Zainab Salbi.

Women, War & Peace is a five-part series that will air every Tuesday night from October 11th to November 8th. It is also scheduled to be available online this fall, so if you miss an episode, check the PBS web site for more information.
