The Outputs of the consultancy are clearly ambitious:
• Effective dialogue on furthering gender-responsive reparations programming internationally
• Knowledge and information is exchanged and best practices learned from international experiences/case studies on gender & reparations
• Stakeholders, donors, and government will have increased knowledge on reparations schemes

The Timeframe:
The consultancy will be for a total of fourty (40) working days over a period of 3 months. The consultant should be able to begin work on October 15, 2010.

Strengthening the rule of law, justice and security in Uganda is a stated goal of this project. Empowering women and preventing ongoing and future violations are great goals.
