Unveiled & Unstoppable: Muslim Women in Science

This is a paper I wrote for my religion & science class. I use various articles, case studies and interviews to explore how the teachings of Islam encourage the participation of women in science. I illustrate the experiences of women in science in the West as well as in the East. I also suggest that much of Islam's negative stereotypes stem from unsupported biases as well as misinterpretations rather than traditional Islamic values.
