Uplifting Women During and After Covid 19 Period

Corona Virus has had many negative impacts on so many lives including mine. I lost my job at the beginning of the covid period. I had to put my masters program on hold but I still survive.

I have a skill of tailoring so during the covid period I decided to take up a short course in fashion and design at a friend's workshop.

I have been able to get self employed with fashion and design. I opened up my small fashion store after the course  bussiness is not so good as it was in the past years and that's happening to all those in bussiness. However I earn some money that helps me pay bills and take care of my self.

In my opinion if every woman could have a skill even when educated then it would be easier to survive in case it's hard to find a job. Or in case of times like this when it's hard every where.

Iam training other girls a tailoring skill when I can because I know it's important to have a skill. It might not be tailoring but anything a person is passionate about craft making, agriculture, or shoe making and so on depending on the available reasources.
