My group, the Rivers Indigenous NGO'S and Civil society Network will also be holding a press conference tomorrow (Monday) morning, to call on the Rivers State Governor to sign the Violence Against Persons Prohibition Bill recently passed by the State House of Assembly into Law. The press conference will also be used to call on the Rivers State Commissioner of Police to investigate and bring to justice the officers under his command that have gone against the law to throwout a woman out of her living home and property she bought with her money.  Happy IWD
