Wanting to Teach

I discovered my passion for teaching mathematics while I was homeschooling my children. Once they graduated from high school, I set out to acquire a formal education at the university so that I could continue teaching. The more I learned, the more I hungered to learn. Many doors were opened to me in the nine years I was at the university. I was able to conduct research with several wonderful teachers. That was where I stumbled upon my passions for technology and writing.

After earning two degrees in mathematics and a doctorate in curriculum and instruction, I am completely lost in my search for how to use my skills. I would desperately love to teach women who share my hunger for learning.
