We want peace and not war

Women and children are the most vulnerable during wars.

Have we thought about the person who looses most during wars?

Women looses most.If he is killed she looses her son or husband.                                     If a woman is killed her child looses the mother and the husband looses his wife and we all know the role women play in the family.

When the is war women and children become the most displaced persons because they cannot withstand the tensed atmosphere most especially seeing their loved ones dying in their presence.

Thus they are affected mentally, psychologically and socially.

I always ask myself how do women cope when they find themselves in situations like this most especially with the recent situation in Chad a country in Africa not leaving out other African countries and the world at large.

Do they have access to good hygienic pads, good drinking water, good sanitation, good education, rights to bodily autonomy?

I got the answers to my questions.

`We can't get all we want when the is no peace'

Women we are blessed,our tears are precious.If we stand to shout for peace in conflict zones our voices will not go in vain.

I speak to the hearts of my fellow women let's stand  for peace  to create a better place for our future generations.

We want peace today, tomorrow and forever.
