What a Life.

story
It only crossed my mind, when a sister of mind texted me on WhatsApp and asked if I do not want to be a part of World Pulse. I asked what is it all about. After her explanation, I thought it wise it would be a great opportunity for me to share my story and get a clearer vision of my life.
I am a theologist, studied in Brazil. When I came back to my own country, I have never worked as a theologist. I do not even know what to do at moment as life in itself in Cameroon, Bamenda and in the Northwest Region is not easy to go by. When in Brazil, I was so pleased with what I was doing. I went out to do humanitarian work with Americans who come to Brazil and I will aid them as a translator. My heart was so filled with joy doing that. And I was also a good preacher that l brought so many lives to Jesus after talking be it through singing or preaching.
But my sadness is when I entered my own country. I can't talk to anyone. Even going to church becomes a problem. Where I worked, I was a teacher to interns from the university. Wherever I stand to talk or when there is a problem and I go there to solve, people always give me that listening ear. I see myself as a good leader who talk in order to make the world a better place. At my job side, many respected me. In my village, I raise my voice to men who think women are nothing and they give me applauses.
Presently now my dear sisters, what I wish as a woman is to stand tall and raise shoulders in high places and talk cause I have seen that a true leader doesn't need much. Women please stand up and let us work together. If any of you know a means for me to start raising awareness please involve me and i will be so happy. No matter where you are, you can be a true leader.
My problem now is, I am so concerned about the insecurity in my region. No schools, some people even have little or nothing to eat. We stay indoors for weeks. Teenage girls getting raped and impregnated. The lives of our girls are in danger. The worst is when I heard that in one of the secondary schools that even manages to go, about 50 of the girls there have been tested HIV positive. My heart is bleeds cause I know not how to start the journey. Women please I need your help on this. My true life story.
