For quite a while now, i mean for years and years I have been yearning to have someone, a professional to be precise, whom I can learn from, look up to, feel rightfully guided, supported and encouraged. Because working with a community is no child's play. It's very challenging, so demanding, taking a lot of you, getting to realise that well this is my life, but surely I am not here to live only for myself. I have a purpose to fulfil, dreams to accomplish, a community to serve, an assignment to settle my eternal joy and peace.
Having been serving the community with no proper mentorship, i am hoping that the World Pulse Mentorship Program will add so much value to me and my organisation as well the community we are serving. I really feel impacted, inspired and motivated already that now I have found my home of community development as well as personal development. Thank you World Pulse for this opportunity, I will make the best out of it.
