well, I was focusing on business models for the library-based reading club that we run. I believe that social enterprises and initiatives neglect this crucial part of the process. And it's not that complicated. All you do is ask yourself: 1. how does this work? 2. how do we want this to work? 3. how will we make this work? The answers to these questions will provide a framework that you can use to fix leaks in your program or do more of what you are doing right.
