The EmpowerGirl Conference is more than just an event,it’s a movement, a vision deeply rooted in my passion for mentorship, spiritual growth, gender-based violence advocacy, and women’s empowerment. As the founder, I believe in creating a transformative space where teen girls (ages 13 to 18) can gain the tools, confidence, and inspiration they need to shape their future.💝🌸

I have always been passionate about guiding and uplifting young women, ensuring they step into their purpose with courage and confidence. EmpowerGirl is a platform designed to equip them with knowledge, skills, and a strong sense of selfworth to help them thrive.🌸💝

2. Building a Strong Moral Foundation

As an aspiring Moral and Guidance teacher, I see the urgent need to help young girls navigate life with wisdom and integrity. This conference will encourage them to make ethical decisions, build their faith, and embrace their God, given potential.🌸💝

Girls today face societal pressures, self-doubt, and tough choices about education, careers, and personal development. EmpowerGirl is a place where they will feel heard, valued, and supported, allowing them to share, learn, and grow in a judgment-free and uplifting environment.💝🌸

4. Tackling Gender-Based Challenges

As a GBV advocate with Ikage Mokwena under OAFLAD, I have seen how important it is for girls to be aware of their rights, personal safety, and the power of self advocacy. This conference will provide education on gender-based violence, self defense, and standing up against injustice because every girl deserves to live without fear.💝🌸

5. Networking & Mentorship

Young girls need strong role models and a supportive community. EmpowerGirl will connect them with inspiring women, industry leaders, and fellow changemakers, helping them build valuable relationships and open doors to new opportunities.💝🌸

6. A Legacy of Women’s Empowerment

From founding the Women Empowerment Club at Molepolole College of Education to leading the Women of Prayer Group, my heart has always been set on lifting women and girls higher. EmpowerGirl is a reflection of my lifelong mission ensuring that young women grow in strength, purpose, and faith.🌸💝

Because the world needs bold, empowered, God-fearing young women who are ready to lead, break barriers, and make a difference. EmpowerGirl is here to prepare them for that journey.🌸
