Seeking
Encouragement

I created Association Mamynysoa because I believe in change. Not just in words, dreams but in action.
Growing up and living close to rural communities, I’ve seen with my own eyes the deep inequalities that existbetween the cities and the countryside, between those who have access to opportunities and those who are left behind.
I saw children walking long distances just to reach school, then sitting in classrooms with no books, no chairs, sometimes no teacher. I saw women with incredible talent and strength, but no support, no training, and no platform to rise. I saw young people dreaming big, but stuck because of where they were born, because of what they didn’t have.
And I asked myself: Why should the place you are born decide your future?
The gap I observed is not only in the countryside but also in many communities that are overlooked or marginalized, regardless of their location. Many people living in urban or semi-urban areas still face injustice, poverty, and lack of access to education and opportunities. The need to support these communities whether rural or otherwise became clear to me. My vision for Association Mamynysoa is to serve all communities in need, wherever they may be, because inequality and injustice do not only belong to one place they are everywhere.
A Response to Injustice
I couldn’t ignore the injustice anymore. The lack of education, the lack of access to skills, the lack of opportunities it’s not because people in rural areas are less capable. It’s because systems fail them. And I wanted to be part of a different kind of system a community-driven solution that says: You matter. You have potential. And we are here to support you.
That’s how Association Mamynysoa was born.
What Mamynysoa Stands For
Mamynysoa is more than an organization. It’s a movement of care, dignity, and opportunity. It was created for:
Children who deserve quality education, no matter where they live
Women and girls who deserve to learn, lead, and live with independence
Youth who need skills to build a future they believe in
Communities that need someone to say: We see you,and we’re with you
We offer free trainings, we create safe spaces to learn, we share what we know. Sometimes it’s a baking workshop. Sometimes it’s a language class, sometimes it's health program. Sometimes it’s just listening to someone’s story and saying, Let’s build something together.
A Small Start With a Big Dream
I started Mamynysoa with no big funding or fancy offices just a clear purpose: to make a difference, even in small ways, especially where it’s needed most.
I believe that when you invest in people, especially those who have been forgotten or ignored, they rise. They give back. They build something better.
This is my mission. This is why Mamynysoa exists.
If you want to change the world, start with your community.
That’s what I’m doingwith courage, hope, and the people beside me.
