Why should she not.

Our African cultures make us women be who we don't want to.Almost everyone says she should learn how to cook well, take care of the house, learn how to attend to visitors and all that.Yes I went through all of that. That is good but not good enough to be where you want to be. I told myself I will not limit my daughter.someone told me \"your daughter to a technical school to study engineering...\". And I asked \"why should she not,is it because she is a girl or because she is not capable\". The response I got simple tells me the place of the Woman in the African society, being left behind for the men to always lead. But not anymore. She will make the difference in her education and that will not stop her from being a woman or mother if she wants to.Her voice will be heard too.
