Women and relationship with one another

I decided to stay back at home today to think out some things, so an issue on how many of  ladies give up easily on some decisions came to my mind, seeing how we get treated by opposite gender, including our female friends, lots of ladies have refused to respect each other which is now causing us to stand away from taking up some tasks, we never know if our decision can actually change some things or even benefit fellow ladies, but with the response we get from our close friend, it makes us give up and go on with our life like nothing happened...
