<p>This is a reflection paper I wrote for my women &amp; politics course. It looks at the challenges for women hoping to enter politics &amp; run for office. The research for my paper is based on various course readings, articles and real life conversations with women state representatives &amp; women working at Emerge, MA, an organization aiming to help women hoping to enter politics and run for office. There is a particular focus on former Congresswomen Patricia Schroeder.</p>
