women in tech

tehnology has changed how things are done something i'm proud to be part of!. ever since i got an opportunity to attend an even about young women in tech in michigan alot has hanged me i view the world in a diffrent dimention i saw so many ways to turn idea into a business that would change the life of wonen in my community for years. i was previllaged to meet so young genious minds in michigan that make thousand of dollars from ideas they sell to potential investors they share how they do it, they draw it on their screens giving detailed steps how to easly win an investor heart to help you fund your idea . it made me envy them beause this guys are so young but are billionare in their own tech world . the exposure for me was an eye opener i brought so much i dea back home to my young wonen in my community . through crowd funding through the proposal i wrote down to seek for funds to do aproject i'm now able to train 5 people that i know will bring big diffrence to their lives most of them are gradutes that have no work and got no source of income. it pain me to see them living misserable wasted talents ,and they are so many out here i dont know who to help and who not to. for now i'm doing 5 then with time i will welcome new young women who have not advanced their education but are willing to do tech. once i'm convince that the five will be better people in my community .i know i cant help everyone but the few i can i will give it my whole and do my best to see them win big because when you build a comunity you stop people from depending on hand outs. technology gave me idea on how to solve food security this is something i have always wanted to find out people in my community go without food because either the crops fail, no rain to help the plants grow , the extreem sun is burning the out by the time people realize there is no food .so while in michigan simple technique that everyone can use to water their plants help those community food growers atleast this season i can say there are food nobody was starving unlike the last season it was terrible situation . imagine having kids ,no food the only food you have aint enough for all the families .i still thank the free feeding program idea that really saved somany kids from dropping out of shool that snack at break time and lunch gave kids motivation to go to school because there is food i really support that 100 % so many innocent lives have been changed because of that act of kindness. ilove having hat with kids when i meet themi will be like how are you doing , how was school i can see thehappiness on their face when they tellme the ate,some say they wont worry about going back home and finding nothing to eat at home .that put a big smile on my face . the challanges on the tech can be metby black out beause most of the workis done online the on going black out is ruining my team but the solution has been made we opted for solar system which is not easy to install so one step at a time with the local goverment that is willing to help. my dream is to see a solar plant in my community that will supply power to my education tech center without going out of power .i hope to see so many young women both learned and those whho are not previllaged in my community motivated to embrance technology to eas how things are done. it might take time but one day we will be there. all i need is more funds to create a wareness to those young girls and women minds idling doing nothing but drugs and other bad things to stay alive. most young people want the easy life ready made . especially the - Z - generation that hate being pushed left right and center to do things its my responsibilities to see that change we train them when they are still young not contaminated by social media pressure. women in tech is out here to close the gender gap and to help women girls embrance the future that is doing things through technology. it pain when we dont lift young women to be better people in the community . mosy young women get killed for doing darkthings that end up killing them or making their life misserable. we dont have to wait to be billionares to make a change in life of this young women but taking a step by step and we use the little resourses that are available to make a difrence , i look forward to the day women unite to be the voice of change it might take time but together alot can be achieved . women no longer have an ' if i can mindset. now its more about ' how i can be in tech , stat something in tech , fund something in tech, that shift is exciting and it has happend because we created a network where we show daily that women are innovating .my dreams is to have just one young women who will mention me to his speech that it was margizuu that changed my life through her tech school that was in my village community and with small resources i managed to advance my knowled with tech and now i got an invitation to NASA school of tech to go pitch my idea to those sientist how to cub food security through this technology . its not too late to dream huh ! we will be there soon
