women in the field of science

I am here again to share with you the field of science. In our country, the field of medical doctors had shown a positive revolution to women. The Women doctor had organized them selves and volunteer to cure women from the villages free of charge through the campaign of breast cancer. the government has provided a big support on that area.

In a different way, women miners are doing their activity in the very risk environment including dusts, mercury ect. they are doing this due to their low income. they have to find money for the school fees of their children.Most of the children are not going to school in since they are employed in the quarry mining.

the problem is, no one is much concerned with this field and women we are very few. also the challenge here is, there is no organ which will unity the field of geology.Please, give idea on how to move to from this issue,
