🌸 Training Title:

“Peace Is My Right, Not a Luxury: A Dialogue on Women, Peace, and Security”

🎯 Overall Goal:

To empower women to recognize peace as a fundamental right, not a privilege, and to strengthen their role in creating peaceful, safe, and respectful environments — both in their homes and communities.

🕊️ Learning Objectives:

By the end of this training, participants will:

Understand the core principles of UNSCR 1325 and the Women, Peace, and Security agenda.

Identify how domestic peace and emotional safety are integral to broader community and national peace.

Reflect on personal experiences of peace and violation of peace.

Build strategies for advocacy, self-care, and dialogue that promote women’s peace and security.

Commit to collective actions that ensure peace begins at home.

Join us for an open and engaging dialogue on Women, Peace, and Security. Every woman is welcome to share her thoughts, ideas, and experiences. Bring food for thought and a spirit of action!
