women taking up big business leadership team positions

My company Imali, does business consultancy for startups positioning them in order to enable fund acquisition. When we look at the women, of how we can create linkages to women at the bottom of the food chain, thus our socially inclusive community agriculture. When I am consulted by women about their businesses, I ask them how far can you dream, what is the craziest big dream you have, I want you to believe it and start working towards it. It's is time we stopped dreaming small if we want to obtain equality for the women who are at the bottom of the food chain.
