World Pulse has shaped my life personally, motivated me!

Any time I get mail from World Pulse or visit the website, I become sad, because my mother comes into my mind. In my efforts to support her I fell into the hands of the cheater whom I have entrusted my mother to care. The caretaker took all my start up investments, making me struggle thereafter.

I love my mother and when I read stories of other sisters, I think I am not in this alone. I grew up with girls particularly those I schooled with. They were beaten when they are not able to come to school and they are not able to give reasons and I now know, PERIOD!

On this platform, I had the opportunity to write a project about PERIOD to the US Embassy in Ghana, though not successful, I gave off the best of me. I also had another chance to apply for support of COVID- 19 for Refugees in Ghana, also not successful yet I am motivated that I have been heard and I have the chance to apply again when application is opened.

On the field, I am reading and learning from other sisters to adopt some of the methods which are applicable to us.

On the whole I am fine here because many are those of us seeking to find the appropriate places for women particularly the upcoming young ones.

I AM HAPPY TO BE HERE AND THANK YOU FOR THE MOTIVATION.
